Returns & Exchange Policy – GM’s Place

At GM’s Place, every item is crafted and packaged with precision to ensure the highest quality. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Perfumes
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
• If your perfume arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Gold Jewellery & Accessories
• We accept exchanges only for jewellery and accessories that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless defective.

How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue
1. Email us at gmsplace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Attach clear photos of the item (and packaging if applicable).
3. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds
• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace or exchange a defective or incorrect item.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
